It seems that every time I wonder what I'm going to post about, something falls in my lap. Tonight was no different.
If you were lucky enough to be on late this evening, you received a wonderful message from *BitWise* saying "aoeuaoeuaoeuaoue." This message was added as an offline message for every single user, so if you were online, you received it. If you weren't online, your copy of this wonderful message was, I regret to say, already deleted.
How did this happen? I was working on the web services for the new web site, testing the message sending facility. There was a bit of logic that [obviously] wasn't working quite right, since that message was supposed to go only to me.
In the end hopefully it gave a few people a chuckle, and it certainly amused me thinking of what people might have thought. Or something. Anyway, no harm no foul--all's well in BitWise land.
Lastly, speaking of the new site, I think some screenshots might be in order next week. :) Stay tuned!
PS Something fun for people to figure out--why did I send "aoeuaoeuaoeuaoeu?" There's a very good reason for it. If you already know, don't spoil the fun!
lmao!!!
ahhh this explains that
as for why....may be coz you've lost it?
I was afraid Martians had cracked the BitWise encryption and were trying to take over the earth.
lol
I'm not sure it was because of martians, I rather think that kevin was testing the javascript encryption with the webservices :-)
haha wasn't there something said about "not spoiling the fun" Lyrion?
;-)
Ooooh, someone knows the answer! :)
In response to Lyrion: it didn't have anything to do with the Javascript encryption, so don't feel bad, you didn't ruin the fun!
S) hehe, Thats funny. I was wondering why warpoc_muse wrote that when I first saw it but now I know your behind it LOL.
I'm still sticking to the "he's lost it" theory, all those hours spent looking at code etc, face it m8, you're mad
