The new BitWise web site has many more interactive pages where the reader has the opportunity to try something themselves or give us feedback. Some of the recent interactive additions:
- The FAQ and documentation pages provide a way for users to submit suggestions for FAQ questions and new documentation articles.
- Each documentation article can be rated by the reader to provide their thoughts about the quality of the documentation.
- A new Direct Connection Setup Wizard provides customized instructions for setting up direct connections based on a few questions about your computer and how you connect to the Internet.
- The voice chat description provides audio samples so you can listen to the quality of BitWise voice. Samples are provided for both broadband and dialup quality.
If all goes well, wider access can be granted to the new site by the end of next week (i.e. I can post the username and password to the site here). I am hoping that some of you will help test the new site, click on things, try to break it, etc, and then after a week or two it can be unveiled to the public.
Exciting times! We're almost there.
