If nothing catastrophic happens in the next day or so, I'll be throwing the switch on the new web site sometime tomorrow (Saturday). What this will mean is that the old site will no longer be accessible; redirects will automatically move you from the old site to the new site. About time, eh? Hopefully doing it over the weekend will allow for a smoother transition and any major fires can be put out before Monday (though hopefully there won't be any!).
In the meantime, we'll be finalizing a few more tweaks, like some additional new documentation screenshots, wording tweaks, etc. If you haven't surfed across the whole site lately, there have been a lot of changes in the last few weeks, and we certainly would appreciate any additional eyes checking things over!
Lastly, in a continuation of my April 20th post about names, we've made one more name adjustment. When you sign up for a Professional Network, you used to get an "admin account," but now you get a "Master Account." Admin account was ambiguous because you actually could appoint additional administrators, but the Master Account is the only account with access to select Web Services features. Not only does "Master Account" just make more sense, it is a concept that people should be familiar with.
So take a last look at the old web site, because after tomorrow, you won't be able to see it again! Good riddance, I say. :)
