I was reviewing the survey results the other day (imagine that, we don't just do user surveys for our health!) and one of the responders indicated a bug that they had found. Using the Windows version, since 1.0.5 the tooltips on the status bar icons in the conversations don't work. This particular user had a very good reason for wanting the tooltips, which is why (s)he noticed it.
Within 10 minutes, it was fixed for the next version. We really do care what people say, and we really do take bugs seriously. It's just sad that it's so unexpected that what users say can have such an immediate impact, because it means the software industry as a whole projects an image of being uncaring and unresponsive. We try every day to disprove that, and this little story is just another example of that.
I think you're doing a great job, and it adds to the pleasure of using BitWise :)
