BitWise Professional has become a very powerful and easy-to-use system for small business, but just like any product or service, there's always the need to get word out to more people. Beginning this week, we have engaged the services of a sales agency to perform some inside sales for us, bringing the world of connectivity that BitWise offers right to many businesses' doorsteps.
On the "flip" side, I'm delighted to say that BitWise IM Personal is catching on faster than ever, thanks to the increasingly complex and buggy IM programs put out by "the other guys" and the amazing word-of-mouth of our current users. Thanks to everyone for your efforts to spread the word about the wonders of BitWise!
On a more philosophical note: there is a fine line between necessary promotion and over-the-top marketing glitz, and we believe that slow and steady promotion and growth results in a better userbase and a more pleasing system than trying to shove BitWise in your face. Easy come, easy go! We're earning our users' trust from our track record of stability, usability and reliability, not by telling you how great we are. Except maybe for right now, which is rather ironic. :)
